Light Rum

| 1/2 oz.

Lime Juice
|
| 1/2 oz.
|
Orange Juice
|
| 2 dashes
|
Bitters
|
| 4 oz.
|
Ginger Ale
|
Shake well and strain into 8-ounce glass half-filled with ice. Add ginger ale and stir. Add lime slice.

Gin
|
Shake well with ice and strain into martini glass. Add olive.

Tequila
|
| 1/2 oz.

Triple Sec
|
| 1/2 oz.
|
Lime Juice
|
Shake well with ice. Strain into pre-chilled, salt-rimmed cocktail glass. To prepare glass, rub rim with outside of lemon peel then dip into salt, shaking off excess. A twist of lime or lemon may be added.
